This department is responsible for selecting and hiring employees and control of payroll. The head of this department is a professional graduated in accounting.
This department gives assistance to the juridical planning of the company including: analyzing and elaborating projects related to the law, creating and transforming partnerships and corporations. At the head of this department there is a professional graduated in business law.
This division is responsible for importation and exportation of products, through international purchase and sales contracts and product distribution.
Importation refers to the purchasing of raw material and / or finished products used in the assembly of the final products. This process includes product quotation negotiations with payment control based on foreign exchange; importation and customs documentation. When the products arrive in Brazil they are first checked by customhouse clerks contacted by the department, who facilitate the release of products after payment of taxes and fees.
The Exportation of products involves negotiating the company's products based on foreign currency policies and control of the incoming of products. This involves the issuing of export registration and product origin certificate, product description in packing listing, billing, freight quotation, cargo insurance and contact with customhouse clerks in charge of paperwork.
In this department, there are six professionals graduated in business law and foreign trade.
In charge of payments of company bills, paychecks, money market investments and bank balances. This department has three professionals graduated in business administration and post graduated in finance control.
This department controls company documentation regarding: insurance of vehicles and real estate, leasing of machinery and vehicles, issuing receipts on purchase and sales, taxation documents, income tax payments, payroll accounting and revision. At the head of this department there are three professionals graduated in accounting.
This division is in charge of budgeting for the basic raw materials and material consumption, from price negotiation to the handling of materials and its delivery into the stockroom, besides hiring freight and services for general maintenance. This department has two professionals graduated in business administration.
Controls the incoming and storage of raw materials and finished products besides the consumption of materials used in all departments, and it delivers company products to local medical centers and hospitals. It is also in charge of the mail, parcels and freight that are sent to the company. It controls office and cleaning supplies. There are six employees in charge of this department, four of whom work in the stockroom and two as drivers.
This department offers hardware and software support to all departments, maintenance and development of reports to the administrative system, development of specific programs, development and daily update of the internet site in English and Portuguese. There are five professionals graduated in data processing and post graduated in Internet.
